Yet another experiment with Kala's design and style. This was inspired by the work of O-mie. I really like it, but I'm not sure it's going to work for me
This was sort of inspired by an RP with Evie, but I actually mostly wanted to draw Thystle with wet hair

I've been meaning to draw Evie's OC Armera for awhile now. I found this thumbnail sketch I did of her to experiment with her pose and build. Evie once wrote her saying something about having arms like tree trunks, so I think she's probably got some sweet guns like Venus Williams, on account of all her swimming and trident-hefting.
Pretty sure this was another attempt at drawing Holly for AC.

Steampunk Spark I did for a RP idea pitch. This eventually led into Loose Canon, because this was the first time we considered the idea of Spark getting her powers from Vahaadi instead of a comic-book-esque genetic mutation

Ahhhh so much art! The top two I love so much, particularly the posing and gestures page. I love Kala and like learning more about her, but I never want to show too much approval since you always seem so unsure/unsatisfied. Kala is composed of ordinary features, but somehow she's still very striking and elegant.
AWWW Thystle! I just love her. You drew her expression perfectly! She endeared herself to me so much in that rp. I think everyone did, except Dezamond's brother whose name isn't coming to me at the moment.
WOW VAHAADI! @_@ He looks SO EPIC. Again, I want a poster.

He's so poised as a cat.
It's interesting in the size comparison their differences in posture. Vahaadi the djinni would never stand as straight as Vahaadi the cat is sitting (at least I don't think) and yet it fits.

Fawn! :D She is always so cute. I like Silvermist, but Fawn I think will always be my favorite. Although Tinkerbell's SISTER is super cute too.

I STILL LOVE THIS. It's one of my favorite pictures of Spark that you've drawn. When I look at it, it inspires me to pick up a pencil and draw her, it's just so spot on. Maybe we can still flesh out this story someday too, after Loose Canon ;)

Vahaadi probably doesn't sit that straight in his fiend form either actually. *taps chin* Probably more...lounging. But animals are not my strong suit. XD It will be some time before I can draw his fiend form as a real extension of his character.
Tryvnah: :D *offers monkey* Careful, he bites! And he'll steal your earrings.
Vahaadi: and probably your dignity. *scowls at monkey*
Hairy ftw indeed. XD Tryvnah is all hair and scar tissue and charisma.
The design I did for LC was for a video-game-esque story project of hers. I actually don't remember all the details. >.> Oh, wait! Yes I do; this was a sketch for Allani, that character LC used for the Disney RP. LC decided to use a more streamlined design. :)
Or maybe they visit a steampunk canon and the canonizer gives Spark this outfit?
Yesssssss. Skylanders is so fun! We just acquired another full set of skylanders so we can play it again with a completely different group but we're holding off on account of school. Expect more Skylanders art <3
